Q & A with Dr. Kyle Hubler

ASHEBORO -  On average, one in five Americans 60 and older has experienced significant knee pain over the last six weeks, and one in seven reports significant hip pain. As the largest joints in the human body, it is important for individuals to learn how they can reduce their pain through various exercises and stretches in order to preserve their joints. These joints support an individual’s weight and must work in coordination with one another to provide mobility.

Joint expert, Dr. Kyle Hubler, from Randolph Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine will be hosting a free breakfast and, “Q & A on Joint Pain,” on Tuesday, April 24th at 8:30 a.m. at the Randolph/Asheboro YMCA, located at 343 NC Hwy 42 N. in Asheboro. Dr. Kyle Hubler, fellowship-trained in adult reconstruction and orthopedic trauma, will be on hand to answer any and all questions related to joints and how to save and further prevent injury to your hips and knees.

This free breakfast is open to the public and registration is preferred. It is one of Randolph Health’s community education events that is offered throughout the year on a variety of health-related topics. For more information, please call the Community Events Desk at Randolph Health at (336) 633-7788. You can also register online by logging onto www.randolphhealth.org and clicking the “Events” tab,
