Randolph Health to Host Free Foot Screening

ASHEBORO – Did you know that there are 26 bones and 33 joints and more than 100 tendons in each foot? No matter what your profession or hobbies, your feet endure a lot of wear and tear. In fact, 75 percent of Americans will experience foot problems at one time or another.

Do you have achy feet and need to know what you can do to stop the pain? The healthcare professionals with Randolph Health Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine will offer a free foot screening to the community on Thursday, June 6, 2019 from 3 – 5 p.m. at Randolph Health Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, located at 503 N. Fayetteville St. in Asheboro. The screenings will consist of a series of tests to assess any foot conditions you may be experiencing.

This screening is one of Randolph Health’s community education events offered each month to promote health and wellness. While the screening is free, registration is required. For more information about this screening or to register, please call the Community Event Desk at (336) 633-7788.
