Randolph Health to Host Free Vein Screening

ASHEBORO – Thirty million Americans suffer from varicose veins and venous insufficiency – leading to a diminished quality of life. Over time you can put a lot of strain on your veins. Long hours on your feet can cause veins to dilate, the walls to weaken and eventual valve damage. Spider veins and varicose veins my result.

Do you have achy, tired, heavy legs? Are they impacting your ability to enjoy life? The healthcare professionals at Randolph Health will offer a free vein screening to the community on Tuesday, October 24th from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Outpatient Center at Randolph Health, located off of Miller Street and adjacent to the parking garage.

This screening is one of Randolph Health’s community education events offered each month to promote health and wellness. While the screening is free, registration is required. For more information about this screening or to register, please call the Community Event Desk at (336) 633-7788.
