Upon consummation of the sale transaction, Tim Ford will become the CEO of Randolph Health. Ford has been selected by American Healthcare Systems, LLC to lead Randolph Health upon consummation of the acquisition. He has over 30 years of executive health care experience. His expertise centers on innovative rural models of care, service line development and successfully transforming health care organizations.
Ford has been at Randolph Health for the past couple of months, working closely with the leadership team to ensure a smooth transition of ownership to American Healthcare Systems, LLC.
