The Human Motion Institute at Randolph Hospital invites all runners, seasoned and novice, to attend this one of a kind hands-on free clinic. At this clinic you can gain the knowledge, skills and medical support needed to keep you running. Participants will hear from local experts on proper conditioning and foot care and then will receive an individual stretching assessment. You must be 18 years or older to participate. Please come in exercise attire.
